DynaBond™ C1201 is a two component, cold-curing composite resin system consisting of a part A (resin) and part B (hardener).  This system's mechanical performance exceeds that of some industry leading systems from mainstream producers.  The C1201 system has a non-toxic hardener, which makes handling and processing much safer and easier for users.  The C1201 system provides high modulus, flexural strength and compression characteristics. It is ideal for hand layup laminate composites of different fabric types (carbon, glass, aramid).

DynaBond™ C1202 is a two component, cold curing composite resin system that is designed to have low viscosity for use in infusion processing.

DynaBond™ A1101 is a one component, hot-curing adhesive formulation that is ready to use in high performance applications such as automotive and aerospace. 

DynaBond™ A1201 is a ready-to-use two component, cold-curing adhesive for high-performance applications where high modulus and lap shear are required. This product is an optimal choice for larger components or parts that need to be bonded, but are too large to fit into ovens or where heat sources are not available to assist with curing.

DYNABOND™ A 1102 is a single-component epoxy paste adhesive based on Alumina Nanofiber Technology, which displays high mechanical attributes and excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

DynaBond C1203 is a ready-to-use composite resin system (parts A and B), which is designed to be used in wet layup and RTM manufacturing processes.  The system has been formulated to compete effectively against market leading systems used in high-performance composite applications, such as aerospace, automotive, sports equipment and ballistic armor composites.

PROPERTIES

• Low viscosity, easy impregnation of reinforcement materials.

 

• Long pot life (1,5 hours for 150 ml at  ambient), ample processing time allows production of big objects. 

 

• High temperature resistance (glass transition temperature) after ambient cure:  60 °C, after post-cure at  100-120 °C.

 

• Excellent mechanical and dynamic properties after ambient cure with potential for even higher properties after post-cure at elevated temperatures.

DYNABOND® M 100 is a dispersion of core-shell particles in aromatic epoxy oligomers. The core is made up of nano-aluminum oxide (Nafen™). The shell is made up of aromatic polyurethane oligomers with epoxy end groups grafted onto the surface of the nanofibers.
